Eligibility

  • Customers must provide a video recording taken at the time of unboxing, clearly showing the defect.

  • Without this video proof, returns cannot be processed.

Process

  2. Share the unboxing video highlighting the defect.

  3. Once verified, our team will approve the return and guide you through the next steps.

Resolution

  • Approved defective items will be eligible for exchange with a new piece.

  • If the product is out of stock, a store credit will be issued for the same value.

  • Refunds are not provided under this policy.
